User Group Information

Become a MAGIC User Group Member Today

Even if you are not a member of MAGiC, you can attend any of our meetings.  If you are happy with our content and want to support our group then become a member!  As a member  you have access to our archived sessions, discounts and access to our IBM i to try out the new things you have learned.

We appreciate the support, with the money raised we are able to keep the group running, have an Annual Conference and compensate our speakers.

Individual Membership

The individual membership for the IBM i User Group, MAGiC is $85 per year. This fee allows for free access to any on-line meeting including our archived content, access to our IBM i partition and discounts on our events.
The membership fees will help pay for the running of MAGiC and will help pay for the speakers for our events.
Also included with your membership will be access to an IBM i. This environment can be used to try out the new topics that are discussed during our meetings. If you participate in any of our labs, your work will be saved on the partition.

Corporate Membership

The corporate membership for the IBM i User Group, MAGiC is $200 per year. This membership is meant for companies with 3 or more members. This fee allows for free access to any saved on-line meeting, access to the MAGiC IBM i partition plus discounts on our events. The membership fees will help pay for the running of MAGIC and will help pay for the speakers for all the events.
Each member will also receive access to an IBM i environment to try out the topics discussed during out monthly meetings. Plus if a lab is attended your work will be saved on our IBM i for your future use.

Corporate or Vendor Sponsorship

MAGiC has a unique offer for Corporations that would like to Sponsor MAGiC. Since MAGiC is still new, sponsorship is very important us. It is another route for us to receive funds that we can use to help in the costs of running the group and for our events.
We will have 3 tiers for sponsorship:

BRONZE - $300 a year. In return we will display your logo on our front page with a link to a short blurb about your company and a link to your corporate page. When the funds are used we will announce to the group how the funds were used and will also provide a short overview of the organization.

SILVER - $450 a year. This option will include everything BRONZE does. In addition we will schedule your company during one of our monthly meetings. At this time your organization can take 15 minutes to talk about your organization.

GOLD - $600 - This Option will include everything SILVER does. A new benefit we are adding is to post on our website any event/webinar your company is conducting. A link to this page will also be in our newsletter.
